Nutty Fruity Spinach Salad

• Fresh Spinach
• 1/2 cup Pecans
• 1 small can mandarin oranges

For Dressing: combine even portions of ABQ Olive Oil Company Blood Orange Olive oil and Gravenstein Apple Balsamic Vinegar. Drizzle and toss over salad just before serving.
