• 2 15 oz cans of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 fire roasted red peppers, lightly chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup each of ABQ Olive Oil Company Chipotle, Persian Lime and Garlic Olive Oil, combine in jar and shake to mix
  • Salt to taste


Combine beans, roasted peppers, and cilantro in a food processor just until blended. Add oil slowly until hummus is smooth and creamy. Scrape into bowl and season with salt to taste.

This hummus has a “zing”, but not too hot. Serve it with flat squares of pita.
