• 2 bone in Pork Chops approx. 2 inches thick
  • ABQ Olive Oil Company Blood Orange Olive oil
  • ABQ Olive Oil Company Gravenstein Apple Balsamic (reduced)
  • Salt and pepper


Dry pork chops with paper towel

Rub blood orange olive oil in and add salt and pepper to taste, let sit 30 – 45 minutes

Pour 3/4 – 1 cup Gravenstein apple balsamic in small saucepan

Heat over low heat 30 – 45 minutes until reduced by almost half (watch closely, do not boil) Remove from heat and let sit. It will get thick.

Grill chops over high heat to sear, about two minutes per side. Lower heat and brush one side with the reduce balsamic and flip over Grill to caramelize the balsamic and brush reduced balsamic on other side. Flip chop over to caramelize this side. Place on upper rack to finish cooking. Remove from grill slice and drizzle remaining balsamic over chops. Dig in, yum!
