- 3 15 oz cans garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/2 cup ABQ Olive Oil Company Chipotle Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup ABQ Olive Oil Company Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
Put all ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Pulse until mixture is silk smooth. Serve with pita bread.
