Ingredients

  • 3 15 oz cans garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup ABQ Olive Oil Company Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ABQ Olive Oil Company Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Pulse until mixture is silk smooth. Serve with pita bread.
