Traditional 18-year aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy is our finest balsamic using the Solera Method. This rich, smooth, dark balsamic is can be used as a dessert topping, a salad dressing base, or an everyday condiment! Gives a zip to fruits, aged cheeses, and meats. Use as a marinade and meat tenderizer.
