This new varital from Portugal called “Oliana” in place of the mild Portuguese Chiquitita – Oliana is a very recent cultivar and the result of crossing Arbosana and Arbequina trees but during a very selective breeding, it seems that at least in our version, the result (Oliana) is better than the varieties separately. bs.
There is a nice astringency and bitterness at the back end.
